Nicknames as a merge field option

Nicknames is how we communicate with parents and students, but I cannot use it in merge fields. I would like to be able to add nicknames as a merge field option for acknowledgement emails and confirmation webpage.

    Hi Bo! Leslie from NetCommunity Support here. You can accomplish this by utilizing an Imported list with custom merge fields (rather than mailing to a Constituent list). For more information: How to set up custom merge fields for email messages https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/96067
