Schools using SIS should be given access to re-enrollment forms

We purchased NetCommunity and were given a demo of and promised the re-enrollment forms. Then, after purchase of BBNC and training on the re-enrollment forms, we were told we couldn't have them since they were for EE not SIS. We were really banking on them to replace some other functionality that requires another application.
