Can I attribute my edits from one Query list to another Query list?

This is the issue I'm having with my query lists: I pull the list, my boss gives me her own edits by hand, because our data is not completely clean yet and she knows who to remove from the list I pulled. Then, I later learn that I have to pull the list slightly differently, leaving me with the task of going through her old edits, seeing who is on the newest query list that my boss had struck out from the old list, and deleting it by hand. Is there a way for RE to remember who was deleted, so I don't have to go through the arduous task of deleting them every time I pull a new list?

    Have you ever tried exporting the data to Excel and using VLOOKUP to compare the lists...that is the best function maybe ever in my opinion.
