Need way to query when users Opt Out of emails via NetCommunity
| The gift officers in my organization feel that people have been marked Requests no email "FOREVER" and I know this isn't true. We cleaned up a lot of our old data a couple years ago and removed codes that transferred in. Every time they send a blast email, we get several people who opt out of the emails and now are marked Requests no email. It would be wonderful if there was a way to query on this, as to when they opted out and even that it was via a link in NetCommunity, so that I could show the gift officers. |
