Auto populate Registrant Options like Registrant information!
| We have a variety of free volunteer events - Career Fairs - where we ask additional questions that link to attributes in Raiser's Edge. People are able to register to volunteer at multiple Career Fairs and I LOVE that people can have their contact information auto-populate for multiple events. I HATE that they need to answer the "additional info" fields we require for EACH event that they want to attend. Best Practices say to make registering as easy as possible and this is annoying for volunteers. NetCommunity - Please make it a standard process to let registrants automatically paste their answers from the first event into subsequent events! In the screen shot below (apologies for it being so small!) The contact info can be automatically transferred but the "Presenter details" info can't be - what gives??? PLEASE consider allowing volunteers/registrants the ability select all the events they want to attend and then enter all of thier information ONE time that then applies to all of the events they have selected. |
