Recurring Gift Updates

Is it possible for donors to self-edit their recurring gift amount, credit card number/expiration date, or EFT information in NetCommunity?

    In the world of being PCI compliant, this is an absolute MUST.  Otherwise, someone has to receive and manually update the donors pledge or recurring gift which could violate PCI rules.

    Yes!  This is huge for us.  We had almost 900 recurring gifts last year, resulting in over 11,000 installments paid.  Donors are used to being able to edit their payment info for online bills and other payments (even donations to other charities), so when they don't have the ability to do that with us, it makes us look bad!  It very frustrating, plus requires a lot of additional work on our end having to make updates for the donors.
