Imported Email Lists in NetCommunity
| I would really like there to be more options when it comes to imported email lists in NetCommunity. It would be great to be able to more easily edit, remove or add emails to the list once it has already been uploaded to NetCommunity. Currrently how NetCommunity imported email lists are set up, if I want to remove an email to unsubcribe a constituent or to add new emails to the list based on more sign-ups, I would need to make edits in my original csv file directly and then import the new list to NetCommunity as a separate email list, not being able to replace or then delete the previous imported CSV file. A little bit more background: our non-profit organization operates retail locations and shoppers have the option of receiving their receipt in email versus printed. To keep transactions time down, which is important for a business, our cashiers are capturing emails, but don't always have a chance to capture first and last names along with those emails. We have the ability to export these emails as a .csv file from our point-of-sale (POS) system. I'd like to be able to then import these emails into NetCommunity and add them to our email lists where we send coupons, news, event invites, etc. Since these are just emails without names, we don't want to upload them into RE for many different reasons, so that leaves us with importing the csv file into NetCommunity directly, leaving us few options to then edit, remove or add emails to the list once already imported and utlized. Please offer more options when it comes to imported email lists in NetCommunity to better assist us with our dilemma! |
