AddIing Common Form Payments to the NC Module in RE
| Currently, any payments made in the Common Form part in NetCommunity do not sync to the NC module in Raisers Edge. We found this out the hard way when we tried to balance at the end of the month, and were out of balance between what we processed in RE and what our IATS account received. It was a struggle to find the missing donations. As I chatted with support, I found out that the only forms that automatically sync with RE are donation forms, event registration forms, and membership forms. To me, it would make sense that any monetary transaction on the website would automatically sync to the NC module in RE. A future upgrade to sync Common Form payments with the NC module would be helpful. |
