On a NetCommunity form that is an Online Admission type, the last page presented to a user is called "Review". This is a system generated page that I as the form/page designer cannot change (I learned this on a chat with Blackbaud support). Our users are sometimes finding this page misleading. It seems as though the application is already submitted, but the user must still scroll all the way through the data they entered and hit the Submit button at the bottom of the Review page. We were hoping to re-title this page "Review/Submit" and add an instructional note to the user that their application is not yet submitted and they must scroll to the bottom and press the Submit button before they're finished. Unfortunately this change is not possible for me to make. It would be a nice enhancement to the product if this Review page could be modified by the form designers. Or if globally the page could simply be renamed "Review/Submit" and perhaps the Submit button was placed at the top of the page. |
