It will be great if we can query the open/click data of Message/Acknowledgement in RE on RE constituents but not NC users. We use communication response data to score the constituent engagement level and to manage the event; at moment we use other communication application to send email out, and import the response data (open/click, etc.) back to RE; after implement NC, we wish to be able to query the communication response data (we can view those data from the individual constituent records but unable to query them ) for the RE constituents but not the NC users (they don't have NC login account).
