Event time is not currently a feature provided in that hover dialogue box and it should be. Otherwise, users must open a calendar month page, find the event and know the time. Right now that feature only shows Event Title, Location/link, Contact/link. The only workaround is to put the event time in the event title however some events have multiple times.
