When copying a shared part, you are given the option to "update all pages and websites" or "copy part". We use this most often to create a new registration page and editing "Quantity and Pricing". The default already checked off is to update all pages, something we will rarely be doing. A big concern is that we will globally copy one event registration page to all of our event registration pages, so we would prefer that the default is "copy part".
