Add Merge Fields for adding STUDENT NAME and GRADE APPLYING on the automatic email subject line when they have submitted an Application and Registration Form.

IT WOULD BE EXTREMELY USEFUL AND TIME-SAVING TO HAVE THE STUDENT'S "GRADE APPLYING" IN THE SUBMISSION INFORMATION FIELD ON THE ONLINE ADMISSIONS/REENROLLMENT FORM.

AND

HAVING MERGE FIELDS AVAILABLE TO HAVE THE STUDENT NAME AND GRADE APPLYING ON THE AUTOMATIC EMAIL SUBJECT LINE WHEN THEY HAVE SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION OR REGISTRATION FORM.
