Provide a way to insert attributes as a merge field for the acknowledgements and notifications in NetCommunity.  It would allow the receiving party to know what they entered; the person signing up could see what they entered and make changes if they accidentally entered the wrong information and the person receiving the notification would be able to know what the participant entered immediately without looking up the information.
