I need the ability to turn off the display of common form if there is only one form in the form display.  This is creating a lot of problems for me.  Due to targeting/security issues on our forms, I have to have multiple form displays.  If the student has the appropriate security to view the multiple form displays and there is only one form in the form display, they are then required to fill out BOTH forms in order to continue because they are both displayed.  This is requiring me to add filler forms in each display just so I can have the "start" option on the forms.  I am trying to avoid creating lots of subpages just for forms.
