Please create a STATE set or setting for choosing only US states for Net Community forms

Dear Blackbaud, Please  add the ability to limit or select a table of "states" based on the country. I only need US states for my alumni registration forms. I would not need Canada or US army bases to show as options in the drop down field of choices for NetCommunity forms. Can you please develop a fix for this?

    We have international donors using our donation form and have no way to enable international postal address fields by country. They all revert to either United States, UK, Australia or Canada. We'd like to be able to customize the address fields by country. Ideally, this would be built into the address fields already like most other payment cart forms. I'm not holding out much hope for this feature to be implemented seeing as this suggestion was first shared more than 4 years ago.
