If I need to find a form, say of user "Smith", I have to keep on clicking those annoying boxes on the lower right until I land on something close to 'S'.   Either put everything in the scrolling area or have those boxes show the initial letter.

It takes as many as 10 or more clicks for something that could take one.

[Please don't suggest using 'Search for form', because that doesn't show enough information. [e.g. the username used for fill out the form]
