We're using an online application in NetCommunity and while we want one form per applicant we do ask for any siblings to be listed.  The bulk of the siblings are to young for school still but we still capture the information. Currently they are integrated in Education Edge as an Individual but it would be ideal if they were integrated as an Applicant record type instead. Currently we import them as an individual and then have to open their record and convert them to an applicant.
