Sometimes, you want to prevent individuals from registering for an event, as the event is for organizations only. 

In our case, we get schools registering in for our programs, but want to prevent individual teachers from registering. Despite our best efforts and communication on the site, we still get teachers registering individually, something we then have to manually update in RE by deleting the registration and reentering it on behalf of the school
