We register students into some 30 events a year and they always have a capacity. It is surprisingly common how many seem to not get the 'at capacity' message and are still able to register. We've brought this up with Blackbaud but no one is able to figure out how this is happening. (I think it's likely due to mobile devices not activating css components).
