It would be extremely helpful if users were able to search for, and link, spouse and organization constituent records when processing profile updates. Currently, the BBNC Plugin only allows for non-constituent relationships to be created when an alumni submits updates through our BBNC profile update webpage. Hypothetically, if someone tells us they work for an organization that already has a constituent record in our database, we'd like to be able to link the relationship to the actual organization record. This has to be done manually with the current BBNC functionality and is quite inefficient. Same goes for spouse relationships.
