Currently, if someone marks us as SPAM, they go to the Blackbaud blacklist. It would be helpful if we had access to SEE who was on this list - especially when a donor calls and says "I'm not getting your emails" we check the invalid email address gallery on netcomm, we check the settings in RE - all is "good" as far as we can tell, but alas the donor sometime marked us as SPAM and WE HAVE NO CLUE. If we had access to SEE who was on the blacklist, then when they contact us wondering why they are not getting emails we can send the donor the directions on how to be removed from the blacklist.
The logic of blackbaud wanting to prevent access to this list makes sense, - to perserve the blackbaud server reputation, but given the fact that this is OUR data and we are litterally flying blind when it comes to troubleshooting email issues just boggles the mind.
