"Your donation form is not user-friendly.
It does not specify certain details which MUST be entered until after one has completely filled out the form.
For example: The person making the donation has to redo a significant part of the form each time an error message pops up. Then one has to go back to take the dashes or periods out of the phone number or add the decimal and cents in the donation amount or fill in one of the blanks have been missed.

I may be a bit dim but I had to go back and redo the visa portion of the form to correct the phone number the amount of the donation and one of the blanks that I missed.

Making a donation shouldn’t be this frustrating. Good thing that I’m the type to persevere, not everyone would."
