More Information on People Registering for an Event

We have our annual GALA coming up and were looking for a way to give more information to our co-workers handling the registration process. They use the acknowledgement emails that go out when someone registers to track attendees. While we can include their name and gift amount, we can’t include their home phone number or home address. Having that kind of information would make it easier to not only follow up with them (and make sure than we don’t send them a registration reminder if they already registered) but also make it easier to find them in Raisers Edge. I don’t know how hard it would be but something like the constituent ID number would also make it easier to track them on our end.

    Please also include the Attendee Phone number as a field that can be included in the notification email sent me from a registration for an event! Currently the attendee email can be added, but not the attendee phone number.
