Currently when a donor purchases an eCard, we don't have access to the email address that the donor typed in. Normally this would be fine, but it becomes problematic when the donors contacts us to say their recipient didn't receive the eCard. It would be nice to be able to look up the email address they typed so that we can confirm it with them without having to go to BlackBaud Support. Other eCard details are downloaded with the transaction as gift attributes; I don't see why email address can't be one of them.

Additionally, just as we can see in NetCommunity's email functionality, it would be nice if we could see whether the eCard was opened by the donor's recipient.
