Right now, I cannot query on what email prompted someone to unsubscribe. BB Support tells me the most specific thing I can query regarding unsubscribes is "Requests No Email?"=Yes/No. But that does not tell me dates. Thank you for your consideration.
When email platforms such as MailChimp or Emma provide this 1:1 statistic on email messaging, our leadership finds it difficult to understand why this can't be provided from BBNC/RE. Trying to explain how BBNC/RE integration is more complex doesn't always work. Surely there has got to be a way...
This would solve our problem as well. We need to know whether the unsubscribe is coming from NetCommunity. Especially now that the last update automatically checks the request no email on the bio1 tab. We don't know whether this came from an email opt out or someone possibly accidentally checking the box while in the record.
