Under Official Notes: I have to scroll through every single official message (new and old) that was sent to/from our staff in the admissions department (often times the system stops loading candidates so I can't continue to hunt for the new messages) in order to discover new messages. I often give up after 10 minutes and just click "mark all as read" so I don't have the red marker indicating I have new messages out of complete and total frustration with this system. Why has Blackbaud made it so difficult to view new official notes? even with selecting a date selection I still can't find the messages. Why can't it list new messages in date order of received like an email account would do?
