If the primary goal of the mini donation form is making it easy for donors to fill out the form (I hope this IS the goal!), please take it further with these two changes:

1) Optionally remove address fields. I believe minimal credit card requirement is zip code. Give us the option to only ask for zip.

2) Optionally exclude giving levels so that the donor only see the option of entering their own determined amount ("other amount").

This new "mini" donation form is a "big" deal! Making it really easy for potential donors to give is so important.
