Add additional fields to Donor Acknowledgment Letters in Mail

We are currently transitioning to using Donor Acknowledgment Letters in Mail after using Word Merge Exports for eight years.

While much of the process is better in Mail, the inability to include or use Fund data as part of the process is a very challenging hurdle.

For example,

  • If we could see Fund Audit Categories, we could use that to further segment letters. 
  • Fund attributes, that would also be extremely helpful

Similarly, being able to use Fund data for Business rules for gift entry would also be helpful.
