Disable Education "School Name" requirement when viewing profile

When I  view my Netcommunity profile on our BBMS site, I am required to enter a school name EVERY time.  My current school name is not displayed.  This has caused many different versions of our university name to be entered into the school name table in RE.  PLEASE - remove this as a requirement or at least display the current education records to the user.

    I'm also having issues with duplicate education records being created because we can't unselect the school name. Support hasn't provided a way to create NC user profile without creating duplicate education records.
