Payment 2.0 part to have all membership form merge fields for email and confirmation screen

Using the Payment 2.0 part means that we no longer have access to the same merge fields for confirmation screen and email acknowledgement that we had via the membership form.  We can use the <combined acknowledgement> field but this only enables us to use either the confirmation screen OR the acknowledgement email, not both.  We want our confirmation screen and email to look different to each other (eg, email must include unsubscribe information).
