In the same way we use the concept of a salutation for letters in RE, it would make a lot of sense to allow the function of " Dear [first name]" in our eCard templates so these personal tribute eCards can come off as personal. You can have a donor enter first and last name of the recipient separately, but you can only use the tribute's first and last name separately as merge fields in the template, and they aren't always one and the same (e.g. in memoriam donations where the acknowledge is a living relative of the tribute).
