Case 14339597 regarding creating an ad hoc report similar to the Repeat Grants Standard Report.  I need a report showing all grants Granted and Paid for 5 years - ALL grants not just repeat grants.  2 columns 1) Granted and 2) Paid during that 5 year period - no matter if it is a Repeat Grant or not.  Something others could surely use as they determine this type of data when determining which organizations did we pay the most to in the last 5 years. A common need when determining budget and on-gong support for organizations.  Needed for GIFTS Online, Report Writer.
