For an appeal, if you want to add any attributes there is only room for two before you have to start scrolling down, and there is no way to expand this part of the window so that you can see them all at once.  If you expand the tab it just makes the lower section (Expenses) bigger and has no effect on the list of attribues.

I have appeals that are starting to need three or more attributes (and this could easily grow) and they are often linked by end/start date, and having to scroll to check that these match/follow on is awkward.
