I would like to refer to the blacklisted email addresses table via query, so that I can add it as an exclusion to our marketing efforts. We use BBIS for email efforts, and we do not have an effective way of flagging/excluding bad emails from our audience, which results in a larger number of Not Sents, especially during our year-end donation push. 

If we were able to query this table, we would have a greater understanding our the health of our email list and increase our efficiency overall.
