It would be really useful if every email sent from the platform had an identified administrator who would recive a final copy automatically - and that copy would include all conditional content. There is often no way to fake criteria in the back end, so no way to maintain any kind of record outside of the system of what conditional content was sent and how it looked. This is a problem as we are often asked if we can share with colleagues something thatwe have previously sent - as proof or as best practice. We also have to remember manually to add a list to all emails before sending so that staff receive a copy of the non-conditional elements - this acts as confirmation that it has sent and a forwardable record fo the message including timestamps etc.

If an administrator was automatically requested then you would remove an element of risk.
