In an effort to be as user friendly as possible but also be able to have flexibility within the form structure, it would be immensely helpful to make the entire field box and not just what appears as "Communication Type" to be a radio button (for on and off) to make it a choice and not a requirement. As the primary user of the form and email preferences the form can be confused no matter how you adjust the language (aside from adjusting the CSS) but also for our DBA who will have to adjust each record following the processed transaction in two places!
