The database in Financial Edge mangles Excel exports (because it hasn't been updated in at least 7 or 8 years, probably more) by removing formulas and throwing coloumns out of alignment.  However FE NXT does very clean Excel exports, but is limited to which reports it can access.  We need to see NXT access to budget vs actual reports, which we created in the FE database and use constantly.  We have to manually fix the mess that the database Excel export makes every time.
