When upgrading a membership, have the join and expiration dates automatically calculate like it does for NEW and RENEWED memberships

When upgrading a membership the join date remains the same as the JOIN date, there is no option to set up the defaults for UPGRADED memberships in the MEMBERSHIP CATEGORY defaults.
