It would be helpful to be notified if an donation or event registration acknowledgement email bounced.  This happens sometimes when the donor mistypes their email address. Then they never received the acknowledgement email.  It would be useful to know this so that we could correct the email address and resend.  As it stands we have no idea that they never received their "thank you" for their donation.
