The membership form and the process module in BBNC plugin is behind the times compared to Donations, events reg, etc. Need to update to be more like donations form: more than one staff can process membership trans in plugin; form needs to support appeal codes; allow to add trans into existing batch, so we can create our own batches; modernize UI--get rid of the grid and use of F7, but make it like donations plugin; support different fund codes for new mem, renew mem, new gift mem, renew gift mem; on and on, but basically needs a COMPLETE overhaul to be on par with Donations plugin / form
