With the FANTASTIC Outlook/NXT integration you can save emails really easily as an action onto NXT. However you cannot save attachments directly, you have to go into web view, open the action, then drag and drop the attachment. AND it does not then exist in database view. Would be great to be able to save the attachment too with one click.
