Add additional donation designation on email notification and acknowledgement for Event Registrations

On a BBNC event registration forms, our user had the option of making an additional donation to two areas. However, that fund designation is not an available merge field for their acknowledgement email or for the notification email which is sent to staff. The only related merge options are <Additional Donation.Begin Section><Amount><Additional Donation.End Section>.

Please add additional donation designation as an available merge field so that membership form users can be assured that their donation will go to the fund they specified and staff can have backup documentation for the donor's preferences.
