| All year we have been promoting to our donors that they will be able to print their "giving history" / end of year statement online. No longer need to wait for something to come in the mail. Only to find out, there is no way to edit the export file! We are not able to add our Organization Name, Address, Contact Info or tax language to the export document. So how is this useful to our donors? It's not. we must be able to configure this export file with at least these basic fields. please add this to the TO DO list! |

I agree. Having the capability to create an end of the year tax statement would be great. I recently tried to look at my giving history on NetCommunity and it only allows me to see the last 100 entries. What if a person gives more often and more times than that during a year. There should also be a way to see all gifts during the time period.
