The Just Giving donation report has all the fields needed to upload donation data into an outside CRM (name, address, gift amount and date, etc.) all in individual fields so they can be mapped. However, it does NOT include the platform fee a donor adds to their gift. This means that any future thank you/receipt does NOT include the full amount of their gift, which it should. In order to include this information, I will need to go into BBMS to get it and add it by hand to the JG spreadsheet, which is a lot of hand word for something that should be automatic.
