We used to be able to test new DIY forms using test/fake credit card so we could see if transaction successfully processed and data base was updated with correct fields.  New DIY update to etap in June prevents using fake credit card. Any user who utilizes DIY forms would benefit from ability to test new forms with test/fake credit card number.
