We need a way to add a 'Note'- a New | NetCommunity Ideas Portal

We need a way to add a 'Note'- a New Notepad in the Notes tab- within a constituent batch.

This kind of batch is for adding new people. Frequently there are otherwise-uncategorizeable notes or details that need to be recorded, and using batch for those, just like for the bio & other tabs, *saves a great deal of time.*
