Rather than creating a different category for a UDF and then adding in separate options for each item with a text box user fill in, it would be much more useful to allow creation of subcategories for UDFs.
For example,
If i wanted to capture "Social Media Usernames" as a UDF in a Journal entry for someone and then want subs under that:
"Facebook (fill in text box for name)"
"Linkedin (fill in text box for name)"
"Instagram (Fill in text box for name)"
I currently have to create a separate category called "Social media usernames" (that will show up in a separate section of the Journal entry (that data entry people going through existing Journal profile data might miss, and subject to different "required fields"-- that is, that might not be part of the required fields because it's a separate section.
