The process is not intuitive, would be nice to have some kind of message when this option is used thru Online Express. First time we used it, we had a lot of issues. Unlike any other Online Express gift, you have to run an EFT file once these gifts are in the batch, we did not know that. We had to go back to each batch, recode it as recurring, run an EFT file, and re-commit. It seems very awkward that once you load a recurring gift into a batch, you have to go back and rerun that specific batch again. If you have multiple gifts in different batches, this could get to be a large number of batches to run on a schedule. We are going to load them into the same recurring batch from now on, but it took 3 chat sessions and a lot of time to determine how to go back.
