Hello, in the database view, constituents, and then events. There is a sigma sign that has two drop down options. The first is for a financial summary and the second is for a goal summary. We have just recently went live with RE and RE NXT and have been entering pledges in from our sponsors for an upcoming event. This is not a the same as a "sponsoring pledge", that is totally different and does not work for this situation either. There is no way to show the potential gross amount in the goal summary because pledges are not included in the totals here. Unless you build a query or go through appeals in the NXT, you cannot get a quick summary or drop down of your total income including pledges. We like the goal summary because of the thermometer and total that shows the over/under and percentage to goal. I have chatted and called the help desk, talked with our consultant for our retainer, etc. and the query or going through NXT, appeals, finding the specific appeal, etc. is the only way to get the info. It would be nice to have the great visual with the thermometer, ext. to show our board and get a quick snapshot.
